Hi there, I'm not sure why the signature isn't showing - have you included the text in with the icons in Google Docs? If so, try adding the text to the signature box in Gmail instead and then paste the icons underneath. Also, this might be a really stupid question but is your text black? Sometimes it can be white text without us realising it. Sorry, but I can't think what else to suggest, especially if it's working okay for your other signature! If you figure it out, can you let me know here otherwise it will be bugging me 🤓

Hi, thanks for your question! Try spacing the icons out a bit more when you're in Google Docs, before pasting them into your Gmail signature. Will that work?

I've had that myself before Michelle, & it was because I had a space after the signature - so make sure there's no spaces or returns before or after your signature. If not, try pasting the signature again... it can be glitchy! 🙄 Hope that works x

Great question! When in your email signature settings, click on the icon you want to use and go to insert link (same as before) then use prefix "tel:" followed by the phone number - make sure there are no spaces in the number and that you include the dialling code. Hopefully that will work :)

Jennifer, try removing the signature completely, logging our then log back in & add it again - it could just be glitchy :( Also check that the email address you sent it to as a test has enabled "display external images" in their settings. Another thing to check is the size of the image, if it's too big then it won't be shown. Google recommend a size that is 70-100 pixels high by 300-400 pixels wide. Hope that helps 🤗
