How to Adjust Motorcycle Headlight | Aux Lights Beam Adjustment | Correction Aux Light Positions

It is important to have right lights and correct beam adjustment. Watch the video for DIY of Light Beam adjustments.
There are two different setting parameters: 1] for the headlights that are at a height of 850mm or less, and 2] which are higher than 850mm. Interceptor 650 falls under the second category as the height is 900mm.
This video would explain in detail how to do the correct beam adjustments of the Head Light and all other Aux or Fog Lights that you may have on your bike.

Not at all. The AOM was extremely good. Recently met with an accident and it got bent a bit. Now I got a new one. AOM is very good and stable.

How safe is a bike wash after fitting additional electrical such as aux lights and mobile charger onto the bike? Any chances of short circuit?

Hi there, Very valid and an important question. Thank you for asking. Firstly, most of this stuffs ... switches, lights, other gadgets that are installed on a bike are usually made water resistant ... nothing happens when exposed to water. They are made ready for rains. Secondly, even though they are water proof, the high pressure from washing nozzle can however create the problem. Therefore it is important that you never point the water jet towards these things. Rather just have a soft spray of water on them to clean. Thirdly, once the washing is done, allow the water to drip out. Don't fire-up the engine or turn-on anything. This is more of a precaution. Lastly, once washing and wiping is complete, you could use WD40 or something similar on the switches to ensure that there is no moisture or water residue. I have never experienced a short circuit problem and I ensure to follow the above mentioned step. Thank you once again for reaching out and hope I have been able to answer your question. Technically yes and no. Yes, cops get after it. NO, there aren't specific rule that prohibits it. However, if you place the lights at a height less than 24 inch, its not a problem.

Hello Santanu, Thank you for asking such a critical question. A technically correct answer to your question is NO. Thankfully, you are in India and along with our bikes, sab kutchh chalta hai. However, if you are in a place like Chandigarh or Pune, the cops are likely to throw a challenge at you. Making the light face downward is not the best solution. Use the technique I showed in the video, set the beam right. Hope I am able to provide a satisfactory answer to your query. Ride safe. Stay safe.

Very useful information, could you please assist on Fog light clamp, as I have the same fog lamp, but the fork clamps are not reliable, it got broken twicely. Cyclops H4 Ulta 10.0 Led light is good choice for headlamp? after watching your videos, Osram also good and pocket friendly choice.
