I’m 70, I use castor oil all over my face every night. Of course it is greasy at first but does soak in. I love it, I feel it makes a huge difference in my skin! I’ve been using it for six weeks now.

The most important problem of the external castor oil use will be the poison jam in the liver, for by applying castor oil externally for example by using castor oil packs you may mobilize the toxins in the human body but you are not able to excrete these ones efficiently, this in contrast by taking castor oil orally. So, the optimal manner to cleanse not only the intestines from all the waste deposed there but your body via the liver too will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

Oh honey, slap that good stuff right on! I use it all over, pretty much head to toe. I mix it with whatever oil I'm using- last one was Nativa spa-that goes all over my body. On my face, after using my normal routine, I use straight Castor on my eyebrows, eye lashes and around my eyes, slap a good amount on my lips and rub leftover all over my face. I put a good amount in my belly button and all over my belly then hit on any "spots" with a dab-psoriasis on ears and in scalp, those ugly flat brown scaly things-what the heck are they called again? Sometimes I rub the rest on my hands and through my hair if there's not too much. I LOVE this stuff!

I put a soft cotton dish towel over my belly after applying castor oil to keep it off my pajamas. I also wear a stretchy head band to keep my hair back, because if even a strand falls onto my castor oily face, it sticks. Castor oil helped the dry skin on my heels but it does soak into my socks and I have not yet figured out a good way to launder them besides soaking in an ammonia solution, which probably degrades the elastic. I have many pairs of oily socks now.

Dawn dish spray is excellent for removing oil stains. My daughter is a massage therapist & she uses it to get oil stains out of the table sheets.

Im same age as you and my arms is crepey not sure if I’m spelling it right. Your arms do not look like that. Hope do we fix crepey skin and how to keep from having crepey skin? Also I’m very poor so poor I can’t ever save money. So not sure if I could afford castor oil if that’s how you keep that from happening

Ive been using castor oil on my eyelids for 4 months and all my smaller floaters are gone and ive had floaters forEVER! I slso rub it into my eyebrows and eyelashes and at 61, my eyelashes were thinning out. They're back now!
