 Many people have become accustomed to seeing charcuterie boards with candy, cookies, Macarons, etc… But I just can’t get on board with it. Traditional charcuterie is mainly focused on meats and preserves, and perhaps some cheese. But you do whatever makes you happy. I’m just here to show you how I do it. What I’m trying to say is, just let go and have some fun!
