Charcuterie, the biggest craze of the 2020’s. Feel free to buy your meats, Cheeses, Preserves, and pickles from the store, but I prefer to make my own. Subscribe to the channel to see what I mean🤓
 Many people have become accustomed to seeing charcuterie boards with candy, cookies, Macarons, etc… But I just can’t get on board with it. Traditional charcuterie is mainly focused on meats and preserves, and perhaps some cheese. But you do whatever makes you happy. I’m just here to show you how I do it. What I’m trying to say is, just let go and have some fun!

Me and my family just finished making home made salami for the year. Tried one last night and it turned out amazing. Nothing beats home made. You did a great job with the charcuterie board, looked very nice and well presented.

Thanks! I think I would go crazy only making Salami once a year. It’s my life! But for it being a family tradition for y’all I bet it’s nice to have that to look forward to each year

@@zimmerleeats800 I am Sicilian so we do our salami pretty simple with pork and black pepper only, 2.5% salt. My father in law is Calabrese and he does it slightly different with chilli and capsicum sauce. Both are really nice.

That’s awesome! My mentor that I go to for guidance is Sicilian and he’s old-school. He taught me a lot
