great video.....these valves are usually the problem when pressure will only go to about 500psi....2 things to add....the top valve in the cylinder head is free to rotate with vibration...so fails to shut off, that was my problem.....so on reassembly instead of silicon oil i used a spot of loctite to stop rotation.....also the second valve you show us should be seated in the top off the cylinder where there are recesses for it, i have not found this one to rotate so just popped it in and rotated to correct alignment

great video it will be good to see more for example how to lub the second stage ring,how to change you gasket,...and how to change motor if it break for you what is the best compressor? i have tuxing txo1 and i am happy but some parts are cheap like temperature sensors, feet sucction base.

Hope all is well. It seems I can’t find much help troubleshooting my Yong heng. It had served me well for 2 years , but unfortunately it had failed me today. I have no idea where to start or what to replace. Both air chambers are holding pressure, but it just won’t go past 1500psi ( I usually fill my 100cu 4500 guppy tank , all the way to 4500. Never had a problem until today ) I do notice of a crank close the release valve (with a bit of force from a wrench) on the second chamber it will climb to 2000psi but if I hang tighten it will fall back to 1500psi and just float there running. I don’t know what to do. I can’t fill my tank anymore. Any help would be appreciated. I’m prepared to take apart, but I have no idea what to replace or look for , like I said.

hi, pressure can't exceed more than 1500 psi? did you clear the valve on both side of compressor head? or open the head to clear?
