मॅम मुझे hypothyroid हैं मुझे ब्रोकोली, कॉलिफ्लॉवर , कॅब्बेज से मनाई हैं पर मे मेरी डाएटिशियन की सलाह से 79 kg se 55 kg weight कम किया है walnut almonds chia seed pumpkin seed flax seed सब खाती हु sprouts खाती हु हरे मूंग की रोटी खाती हु सब करती हु weight तो कम हुआ पर मेरा tsh badh गया है 21 हो गया आज ही थायरॉईड की टेस्ट की मेरे बाल बहोत झढते है क्या करू मॅम please help
