Our apt that we moved into last week had an improperly hooked up washing machine which flooded our upstairs hallway, through the ceiling, into our lving room and dumped a few gallons of soapy water from our ceiling light right onto our couch and brand new rug. We've been put into a hotel for 2 weeks while our apt gets restored so my heart goes out to y'all!! PS I've watched Cam for years and have recently reconnected with your content and seeing you in a loving relationship that calm and clear communication with Taryn is so healing and something I strive to have in my own queer relationships. Thank you for providing a very needed example of healthy queer partnership!

Each week, before I listen to the pod to coexist with me while I force myself to do the things I need to do, I announce to my partner I’m listening to *insert chore here* with Taryn and Cam* (i.e “Babe I’m listening to Folding Laundry with Taryn and Cam”). She pretends to believe that’s the name of your podcast to entertain me usually and gives me a chuckle (and will later ask what question I have from listening to the pod this week and reference my pretend name).
