you dont need a college degree, but you need to have social skills, networking, good seller, good communicator, be smart, problem solving, time management, drive, commute, have been to Mars and if possibly be able to walk on water (this is optional but preferable)

You can target a career track you’re excited about. HR could be great so make sure you tailor your resume and experience to it as much as you can.

Hi Preston. Just curious on your opinion. I've been working in IT for about 14 years and feeling burnt out. Not just with my job, but also the hours I'm working for the job. I want to get back to normal schedule of a basic 9am to 5pm/Monday-Friday schedule. I want to have holidays and weekends back in my life to spend with friends and family. I also want to stay remote WFH. Putting the pay difference aside, is it a bad move to leave the IT industry but to become a IT recruiter?
