The part about exercise and being in the right mood to start a conversation with someone is GROSSLY underrated advice. Seriously changed my life
@TheAmazingHuman-Man2Ай бұрын
I really like that point. I go to running clubs almost every day of the week and I often find myself going in a bad mood and feeling down on myself and not wanting to talk and lately I’ve been getting good at just switching that off. Like just pretending I’m in a good mood and initiating conversations because no one is gonna cater to me or care if I’m feeling down. And it’s weird how quick it works. I start a conversation faking a good mood and the good mood becomes real because the bad mood was only built up in my head in a time of weakness and loneliness. Real human interactions are so crucial and I can’t waste the one hour per day I get. And the exercise always helps, but we always socialize a little before and after the run so it’s that before period where I may struggle to socialize. After the run or during the run, I’m way more likely to open up and socialize.
@Theendman42Ай бұрын
But also don’t try to force a good mood, if you’re anxious you can say it like “At the moment I’m feeling anxious because I think you’re so cool and enjoy talking to you, you ever get like that when talking to others you like?” Saying “I’m so anxious right now,” is just going to make people try to cheer you up.

I'm 35, my trauma was being raised by a snap show / neglectful narcissistic father, being bullied in school, being rejected chronically by women, and being fired numerous times from jobs despite putting my genuine best effort in as well as never being promoted beyond grunt worker. That said, I am dedicated to working on myself, to evolving beyond these limiting experiences and becoming the best version of myself, so that when I'm an old man I'm not bitter, regretful, and miserable, but can be proud of the life I've lived. I may not be well off economically now, but I will finish my schooling, get to work, invest, and I will become something. I make this promise to myself.

Jack, I just turned 34 and I'm trying to implement your teachings. I'm in Korea visiting and a few days ago I was smiling at people as I walk past and a cute Chinese girl approached me to ask for directions on the subway platform. I ended up getting her number. I'm not saying I can do anything with her before I leave, but these small steps I'm taking really make a difference and it's so cool. Thanks for these teachings Jack, I will keep trying to implement what you preach. Cheers. (when I get back I will be going to the gym again every morning and joking around with gym bros and saying hi to everyone there) 💪 looking fit Jack.

Working a lot on my social skills lately by leaving my comfort zone. I've been meeting new people at the gym as much as I can, starting with meeting other dudes I can hang out and lift weights with. Slowly starting to casually talk to women there now and just expanding on that. The goal was to kill my anxiety over ice breaking with other people and I'm almost entirely comfortable with cold approaching anybody for a conversation now. There are still a few girls I'd like to talk to but in the 3 months I've been working on my confidence and socialising its turned out really well so far. Most people i meet say hi to me, and thats men and women included. Almost there!

The thing about warming up is very true. I am a musician and you never see the hours that go into it it's all about prep which leads to confidence and it seems effortless. In terms of dating one thing I used to do back in the day was you can download apps (there's a bunch) of just random chatrooms full of people, then before a date/approach/meeting w a girl, you can be chatting and getting warmed up in the car etc and then when you talk to someone it's not you first time speaking that day it's seamless from another conversation.

Well, man, it was quite easy for me to start hanging out with girls again after 14 years break (due to marriage and now due to divorce). I was destroyed and my self-esteem was dropped to the core of Earth. After some basic things like starting boxing/hitting the gym/new haircut/fresh look I realized it's just about PRACTICE. You can grind this, force yourself to communicate with girls more and more, go to some girl-oriented events, etc. After getting some amount of practice it would be no problem to deal with them like with your buddies and after that you can pick the one who match you better.

@perthro-kenazchr5255Ай бұрын
Denmo is right about a good portion of his content but there’s more to it. He is smooth enough that he could screw up some of his own rules and he would still be fine with girls. If you look at Denmo’s clip at 17:09, the girl actually steps backwards, away from him twice. But he goes from having a "threatening" posture to saying something sort of funny (because it’s ridiculous) so she becomes more comfortable with him at that point. In the clip that follows he actually takes a step backwards away from the girl, and she steps forward towards him to exchange info. If a girl steps towards you, she's not feeling threatened. If you are doing these cold approaches, not seeming weird or threatening is important to a lot of women. Also, If you’re coming through the door, so thirsty that you are practically humping the door handle on your way in, most techniques won’t save you. One of the best things you can do is to not seem thirsty. If you can learn to naturally interact with women without expecting something in return, that will go a long way.

If HR burns you because she gets the “ick” or if it actually does go well but one of you breaks it off later, then you can just get a new job elsewhere and disappear. You should also probably ask yourself if you actually like her or if you just want to bone her because she’s pretty. You’re gonna be shxting where you eat if you date a girl that you work with. So maybe get to know her a bit first and then think to yourself that if she were ugly, would you still want to take her out

I’ve dated in the past but never really felt a strong connection to S/O until this latest girl and we honestly just drifted apart for no reason after about a year and I guess weren’t what each other needed. Haven’t been able to move on and she moved on to another person recently and it’s been eating away at me. I know it shouldn’t but it just sucks seeing someone you loved forget about you. I think i’m still in that trauma phase but really want to get it over with and start living my life again. What would you suggest for helping to move on quicker outside of just sleeping around?

Mate, love your content, but I literally need content for fckin dwarfs. I'm 5'6 and I'm tremendously insecure about this stuff. I know you're tall, but you probably have some ppl who are short and have experience in this stuff. It's 1000% harder to approach women when you're that short so I would appreciate such content

Watch Casey Zander but take his advice with a grain of salt. In some of his videos he talked about having soul and projecting confidence. You'll know you're doing better when other dudes start respecting you
@prostohodimАй бұрын
@@Chud-mb7gl that's the point, there's nothing with others dudes respect, unfortunately. But thank you very much for the advice

@@prostohodim There is, unless you're dealing with idiots. You need to develop a reputation, learn to be a good listener and other men will love you as a brother or even their dad if you're older. If some dude complains about something, you hate that thing too. His wife left him? F that bitch, must have been a 304 Got fired? His boss is a piece of sht and you hope his tires get slashed. Contrary to the popular, men are just as emotional especially when in distress and validating someone's feelings is an insanely fast way to make friends. Being assertive is also much easier when you're talking to someone you're already familiar with and if there's no issues.

Wear lifts to 5'9
@HorndiggleSexheatАй бұрын
Yeah I second buying lifts up to 5'9" if you need this. I'm a natty 5'9" and wear flat shoes and I can sense the female gaze pretty well and when im glowing in their eyes cause they like my steez I can usually get some sparks going. Also go to the club wearing a costume that goes a little above my head making me taller seems to work. Might foe you too
