Matthew always makes sense. Always sounds like he's actually genuinely been listening to people around him. Always gives me references. Reasonable things to think about, revisit. He's being honest about things both men and women think or do about themselves or other people. Personally, not things I don't already know, but hearing them again, like this, like a caring older brother or father or whatever; it just makes you confirm things. You trust him and so you keep trusting yourself and you keep moving. Stay grounded, buddy, as you are; wishing a happy 2021 to everyone.

This was a huge message, Matthew!!!! I was on the verge of making those epiphanies myself as the New Year snuck up on me. I've missed performing so much this year, and was listening to recordings from a Cabaret show I've done the weekend before New Years for the past two years. It was a much needed reminder of the talented bad ass that I am. I've been thinking a lot about what else I can do with my talents while still essentially stuck at home. My confidence comes from how far I've come that allows me to actually be able to accept myself and share my talents.

You really got me with the master chef metaphor 😍 (I am an insane foody) And we all know that kaviar, oysters and kobe beef are the most expensive ingredients and can be nice, but definitely not for everyone and it doesn’t automatically make a great dish, right? The dishes we love the most are made with simple and basic ingredients (just look at Italien cuisine for example... it’s actually a poor people’s cuisine). It’s just about what to do with these ingredients and threat them with love and care and the result is comfort food we are all craving for! Not oysters 🦪 Thanks Matthew 😘
