Thank you. That was very inspiring. As someone who has very low-self esteem and has cultivated a lot self-hate at a young age, the message you delivered was a wake up call for me. "Comparison discredits what we are", "We are extraordinary because we are different", "Your existence is a gift". Such messages resonate to me deeply, I hope me and anyone going through a self-love journey gets to reaches their destination.

“Can I love myself like there is nothing to fix?” was the game changer for me. So much time spent trying to “fix” x to get to y, only to realize I am perfectly imperfect, I am uniquely me, there is no other, I am one of one. Now I’m a journey junkie, loving myself with discipline, consistency, and patience because there is no rush to get to the end result. Just enjoying where I am today.

THIS is the message of our times. I keep hearing it everywhere. For me, it came into my heart through the songs and messages of BTS (Korean band) which is the last place I would expect it, but they have the same authenticity as this young man Brandon. Which is why this 69yo mom from Oregon loves them and hopes this message just keeps landing on people. Thanks Brandon, wishing you the best.

Such an incredible message, I really needed to hear this. We live in a society that is constantly bombarding us with propaganda designed to make us feel not enough. I have struggled for such a long time to try to break free of this but didn't realize how much I was holding myself back by always criticizing myself. Your words have such truth and power to help heal this world.

I believe that loving everyone unconditionally can bring so much joy and positivity into one's life. However, it's important to remember that unconditional love and unconditional trust are not the same thing. While I strive to show love and compassion to all those I encounter, I also recognize the importance of setting boundaries and being cautious when it comes to trusting others. By keeping these distinctions in mind, I can continue to spread love and kindness while also looking out for my own well-being.

This is a great talk for teachers. The endless treadmill of perfection then the comparisons and 1-5 scores from observations. Teaching is becoming a very toxic profession. It's hard to hold a place of I am enough when you are CONSTANTLY pushed to be more and do more.

What a powerful video. I needed to hear that. I especially loved the part where he said we are messy and only humans. As someone who puts too much pressure on myself, it was good to remind myself that I didn't always need to strive for perfection. The orange tree imagery was great and teaches us patience for our own journey.

Definitely deserving of far more views. Success, externally material and financial, actually imposes limitations not limitless potential, because it defines who you are, and how you present yourself, based on advertisers demands pressured into you by your new peer group. Ghandi said, “Live simply so others may simply live”. If that simple was abundance shared then others would live abundantly with you. If it’s avarice and greed for yourself then others suffer poverty and destitution. What you emit you get back in abundance. A smile and laughter can transform a room just as misery and hatred can.

Wow... I needed this so bad... I'm the spot of going through a breakup... a situation where I too have a lots of doubts wether or not I'll make it... being drenched in self hate, all the things I wasn't able to feel... provide... The relationship wasn't bad... it just wasn't right... at to accept that, has ben the hardest, most crushing journey I've been on. It's been a source of so much hate, pushing myself, telling myself "it's right", when it wasn't... letting that go has spiraled into the deepest sense of despair I have ever felt... Watching this though kind of gave me hope... I've been, and am so close to the edge of the cliff. Branden, I think you just literally saved a life.

Remember.. This world is a better place just because you exists.. All love starts on the inside. Start there and love on yourself right where you are. In the mess. In the pain. In the hopelessness. Even at your lowest… You still deserve love. And what’s beautiful.. as you lay down this foundation of love for yourself.. What will be built upon it will be levels of love beyond what you could have ever known. I’m proud of you.. Big prayers your way! You got this 🙏🏽
