1) you must learn how to prioritize 2) you must keep yourself accountable 3) jun's three internal wins (mental - physical - spiritual..) 4) it's not about being perfect it's about staying accountable 5) create a supportive environment 6) you must be aware of how much of a difference impact it can make when you have the things that you need to get done orderly around you 7) you must value consistency over perfection

Consistency over perfection🏆. So simple and yet so mind-blowing. This was the last piece of the puzzle that I was looking for. As a perfectionist, I was applying all you've taught, but my mistake was I wanted to show up for myself daily giving my 100%, but there were days when all I could give was my 80% or less and stopped myself from keeping consistency since my thought was "give your 100% or go home". This thought no longer serves me. You've improved my mindset. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jun Yuh 🥇❤️🙏

This is my first time watching your long form content and it's absolutely inspiring! The biggest question I have is how did you break the chain of making excuses? How did you give yourself the confidence to trust yourself in staying consistent. Because as much as I want to start a routine and begin my journey, and despite having all the resources, I have trouble believing in myself to stay consistent. I know I can do it! They're reasonable goals and challenges, but I'm afraid I'll only have the energy to stay consistent for a week, or a month if that makes sense.

Hi, I'm not Jun but here's what worked for me: - If you're unable to stay consistent, ask yourself why you're doing this. Write a list of reasons why. - Remind yourself of what you enjoy about the work you're doing (even if you don't enjoy it, try to find things you enjoy about the work and write them down) -Fear-Setting has helped me immensely (this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3uZm3R5a72rd6ssi=X0K4pY4UEU-EnSCf). Hope this helps :)

Hey Jun ! I'm a 1styear med Student and following you and watching your videos do help me to reflect and make changes accordingly! From this video my question is , basically my college is from 9am to 4pm so after the college I feel pretty tired and I feel like I sometimes need to drag myself to do after college self study ; it feels so much like notes making , revision , preparation for upcoming lectures ; clearing the concepts of the lectures that happened in college and so on ; so how do i manage these things !? cause I feel like I need to be more consistent and discipline and do the things on time . I would like to learn some tips and advices from you Can you help me with that ? Lots of love and support 💫❤

I just learn it and gonna apply it. Actually I started my KZbin content creation after a long but after 5-6 videos I'm getting demotivated coz of not that great response. I decided to discontinue this, but I got realised that I'm on the right tract. Also I was being consistent for 6months but got negligible results in my exams so I just discontinued my consistency since a month but Now I'm gonna apply this thing till June i.e. consistency over perfection. Again on track. Thankyou so much for your videos...❤ One question I've When you give time to your girlfriend on daily basis. (Is there some fixed time)?? And if she really needs you in her bad days Did you discontinue and break your disciplines for being avail to her?
