How to be the Silent Witness that is not Suffering your Experience
Returning to simply being the witness of your experience can be said to be one of the main spiritual practices that you must implement during the day.
The witness is silent, judgement-less, unbiased, uninvolved, unperturbed, and free from suffering the content of experience.
Today I will share with you a simple pointer which will help you carry out this practice in a clear and easy manner throughout the day.
Doing so will begin to melt away your mind’s dysfunction.
It will begin to dissolve the identification with your thoughts and feelings.
It will begin to cleanse and purify the dense mind, helping you wake up to what lies beyond mere appearances.
Watch the video here. I know it will help you greatly :)
If after you watch this video, you need further help with this, learn more about my School of Awakening. It is my program in which I work with you to help you dissolve mind identification, wake up to your true nature, and become free from suffering your experience.

"One of the most profound and important aspects in all of your education, regardless of what you do in life, is alertness. It seems so commonplace that no one thinks of it when they talk about personal development, spiritual training and so forth. People talk about awareness, but awareness is not the same as alertness. When you are alert, you are watching things around you. When you are aware, you are rarely aware of things around you. You are aware of yourself thinking of things around you. When you are alert, you are looking with very little thinking involved. If you were trying to listen to a conversation in the next house down the street, you would have to listen very carefully. You could not be thinking, “How am I doing right now? Here I am listening to the conversation in the next house. Why am I here anyway? What’s going on with me? I feel this way and my body hurts.” That is the difference between alertness and awareness. Awareness is very important, but alertness is more important. The person of Knowledge is extremely alert, which makes life very exciting." *Wisdom from the Greater Community, Book 2* - Chapter 27: Disappointment

True as it is, this work is not the complete work. We need to work with insight, wisdom, understanding, feelings and the biology of trauma also. Otherwise it can end up being a huge journey of ego-based spiritual bypassing.

But I couldn’t do it because all I heard in my head was don’t do it . I put both hands on my head and said why . Man… I was so sad 😭. But it’s coo. This is present 🎁 and I’m all for it.

I am normally very good at mindfulness but had a tough day or two of. "mind attacks". Thank you for the reminder, I stopped listening to the story in the mind it was all about :). I was dwelling in things that haven't happened, could happen, etc. The moment I switched to the witness of the thoughts, it ceased to be an issue. I was trying to do this daily for a while and was having success not believing the dialogue. Yet, somehow thinking seems to take over at some point or rather my attachment to it.

Can consider creating shorter snippet videos like 3-10mins? This will help busy people (like me) to pause & watch, between train commutes and break times. Too long, tends to skip over, even though the content is highly relevant unless there is time to complete the whole video. Many thanks.

I might even restate the question as instead of “who am I” to “what am I” because it further takes the “person” away and, I believe, gets us closer to the Consciousness we each really are. Thoughts about that?

Just a question , that now I am able see that negative or positive both thoughts do not have any thinker, they are just thoughts. Now if my awareness is like staying as it is for few times a day(I meditate daily), and other times being aware of simple sense of peace and freedom Then will my reality give me reasons for feeling peace freedom? Thanks again.

How do I stop the anxiety that comes up that is temporary, and connected to fear of failure? example: still (currently, at this point) on a course to study to become a new teacher, about a week or 2 ago, I was due to give 2 lessons in my subject - mathematics; I am a shy person, and an introvert, but I REALLY want to become a teacher of maths; anyway, about 15 seconds after walking into the school, my legs wouldn't take me any further and my body wouldn't move an inch. My internal dialogue was "I can't do this... damn it yes I can!..no, i can't ..who am I kidding I can't do this...etc. I was paralyzed, like Buridan's Ass, and stood there for about 2 minutes in utter indecision. I finally decided to exit the school, but found myself STILL mentally fighting myself saying alternately "isn't this WHAT YOU WANT?" and "no, I can't do it. " IWhen I got home I felt relieved, *and* ashamed of myself at the same time. I don't know how to get past that anxiety gaining control again, or even if I'll get a second chance to become a teacher. 😢☹

Sunny, I have become fearful of my thoughts ever since reading into law of attraction. The statement that your 'thoughts become things' is deeply concerning to me. Many people take this statement literal, as in you are to blame for what comes into your life, including negative experiences (i.e. if I think I will get cancer then I will get cancer). I don't know whether to take this statement literal or not. This teaching is seemingly the opposite of what practically all spiritual teachings preach. Can you please clear this up for me. This fear is becoming unbearable, although I know intuitively that this is has to be a misconception. Thank you
@herbertmorales7299
@herbertmorales7299 2 жыл бұрын
@inevitable illumination your thougths don't attract anything to you. Those who preach that are confuse. How your feel, who you believe yourself to be, is what attracts. Relax. Thoughts whithout a thinker is what the mind is all about. Blessings.

@@herbertmorales7299 thank you. I understand that the key is to observe the thoughts, detach from them and allow them to pass. I realize that I am not the thoughts that arise. But when they say 'thoughts become things' it contradicts the actual truth.

@herbertmorales7299 2 жыл бұрын
@@inevitableillumination7212 there has been a misunderstanding in regards to the obsesive never ending toughts appearing in your mind, and the power to manifest atributed to them. True manifestation lies in "action" in the here and now. To change the dream we need to find the dreamer. To act from a sense of being fully present in the now, is different from the day dreaming of useless obsesive thoughts. We need to move from ilusive thoughts to Presence, and from Presence to Power.

@inevitableillumination7212 2 жыл бұрын
@@herbertmorales7299 it's more about 'being' that which you want to become. The thoughts themselves don't matter, rather it is 'embodying' that which you want to become, correct?
@herbertmorales7299
@herbertmorales7299 2 жыл бұрын
@@inevitableillumination7212 absolutely correct. If you read Neville Goddard, or even Jesus in the new testament, they never ask you to daydream imagining what you need to manifest in your life. Both of these teachers ask you to assume, to embody, to accept as your new reality that which it is need it in your life. Have you read A Course in Miracles?? The first 10 lessons stress the fact that "my toughts mean nothing, they are like the objects I see all around me".
