Thank you! This worked so well and was pretty forgiving even if you mess up. I messed up a little with the steps and ended up caught in that big drop attack towards the end, but survived and was able to defeat it after a couple hits

The lv4 attack needs to hit the foot. He didn’t stagger because you probably hit his head. It happens by accident sometimes

I killed him without any of this and with the first try but he almost killed me he had like 1% of his health and then hit me with a special attack more than half my hp dropped then fell off and thought i was dead couldn't see any health in my bar but thank god hahaha i survived and he only needed one more hit to die

I think I got lucky because when I knocked him down the first time he didn’t get up for a while so I kept hitting him and it worked until he finally got up and I kept hitting his paw with light attacks until I released a heavy attack and beat him

You know that “red eye” thing that you get while exploring that area? That increases your attack by a lot at the cost of lowering your hp. The boss does it to you during the fight.

Great guide I’ve turned it off for tonight so will try it in the morning but looks sound and legit. I hope if works as I’ve seen many in the comment it wasn’t working for them the stagger? I know with the physical release of the game half the game bosses got new atracks and buffs from when the game came out I hope this isn’t one of them? I’ve platinumed every souls game and like since Demon souls in 2009 ordered from Japan so I got into souls before it was mainstream I’ve played them all even 2D metroidvania spin offs and this level is ass! It’s not enjoyable it’s not challanging it’s a chore and a complete break in the solid narrative and gamplay up to this point and just want to hop along to next area which is snowfields that unlocks tge sectret npc hub and start to upgrade armour and get another item slot. Guess you can say the game really starts right after this area

i honeslty never found a reason why people struggle with this boss I'm hadicaped and i still got it on my first try all i did was i stuck to his leg kept focusing on it doged couple of his ground attacks and swipes and electricity went full charge dropped him down went in front hit his face repeat IMO Non-Able is 10x times stronger then this boss
