Can I pursue a PG diploma and certifications after completing MBBS to become a therapist, counselor, or life coach (but not a psychologist)? Or is a bachelor’s degree in psychology mandatory for this path?

You can become a psychologist in other domains but I am afraid, I am not aware of any path to become a clin psy.

RCI doesn't regulate Counselling but AI will beat you if you are not an expert in the domain. Hence PG Dip Counselling post MA Psychology is important.
