This is so helpful! I was a competitive studio dancer when I was younger, but the studio shut down when I was around 10, and some of the moms just broke my confidence down so badly I was terrified to go to a new studio. But recently (now like 8 years later) I’ve realized how much I missed it. Over quarantine I took a few free online classes and just kept training and i feel like I’m starting to get my groove back.
