Now I am headstand pressing into a handstand but yet to hold but this guide helped me bridge the gap from feable dreamer to reality and dream maker 😂 handstand pushup is mine by the end of this year at most

I always sink when doing the press. After doing feet elevated pike push ups I noticed my shoulders definitely need more strength! Time to make some progress

The time between the headstand one to the press is so much 😅 I could do that move so fast, but the pressing up??? Takes a whole other level of strength

the hack on handstand press is the lean... if you got weak shoulders and triceps as he said, it will be much harder....
