In this video, I am sharing my tips and tricks for boiling pasta to perfection. Whether you're a beginner cook or a seasoned chef, mastering the art of boiling pasta is essential for countless delicious dishes. I am a pasta lover, so eating perfectly boiled pasta is a must.
Ingredients:
Pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne, fettuccine, etc.)
Water
Salt (Lots of It)
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Make sure you have enough water to fully submerge the pasta.
Add a generous pinch of salt to the boiling water. This helps season the pasta as it cooks.
Carefully add the pasta to the boiling water, using a stirring spoon to prevent sticking.
Stir the pasta occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent clumping.
Follow the package instructions for cooking time. Taste the pasta a minute or two before the suggested time to check for doneness. The pasta should be tender yet slightly firm (al dente).
Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, remove the pot from heat.
Using a colander to drain the pasta
Do Not Rinse the pasta
Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or toss the pasta with olive oil to prevent sticking.
