Hi @@Sifat_Rashid. It is total misconception to think of putting something to treat problem like the medical models always do. Instead of blindly treating the problem, we should understand the cause and correct the problem. Putting yogurt into our body does not help since we do not know what exactly are in the yogurt. The questions are 1) How long have you been having the digestive issues? 2) What kind of digestive issues do you have??? i.e. Gas, loose stool, diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux, and any kind of digestive discomfort? 3) What kind of food or none food edible items did you consume few hours before your digestive issues? 4) Have you been on any medications that will potentially cause digestive issues? Side effects info can be found in the package insert. 5) Did you read the ingredient deck for any food and none food edible products including your yogurt to understand what are the ingredients in them? 6) Have you done any food diary to isolate problem food which have been causing digestive issues? 7) Have you used real probiotic (Must be refrigerated) and digestive enzyme to support your gut health? Those are the questions that I always ask myself if my immune system is compromised. Hope that helps. By the way, I am not your bro. I am a woman.

It's probably not promoted because most people are unwilling to do it and thus it's "unsustainable." The thing is that you'll never benefit if you don't try. I'm not sure if it's 3 days but intermittent fasting everyday will definitely boost your overall health and cell turn over. No need to fast for 3 days unless you really want to and have the time to do it.
