@@SuleimanMbiydzenyuyshe should switch to letrozole. Clomid can thin the uterine lining. No she shouldn’t take both at the same time. You should also consider a HSG to get an xray of her uterus to make sure there’s no blockages

Hi Dr. Marc, I am at a crossroads and trying to figure out what to do next on my journey. I have suspected endo stage 4 (no lap done, but have a few cysts on both ovaries). I’ve done 2 egg retrievals - ended up with a total of 3 PGT-A tested embryos. First transfer stuck but ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks. The other 2 transfers did not stick at all. I have no embryos left, and trying to decide if I go into another egg retrieval, use donor eggs, or do a laparoscopy to remove my cysts and suspected endo. I do have pretty severe pain during periods and intercourse, so a laparoscopy would be nice for that. However, would it also help with implantation? What about donor eggs + a laparoscopy right before? I am 10/10 defeated and stressed. Hoping to get your opinion. Thank you. And thank you for your videos, they are helping me cope and remember to have hope.

More info - I am 30 years old, 31 in a few months. Been going through fertility treatments for about 2 years. Also have celiac and am gluten free and have that under control. Additionally, have MTHFR gene mutation. Thank you again.

Your FSH is too high and your E2 is too low. These will need to be improved to be able to conceive.
