Matt, I’m a lifelong golfer with an inconsistent game. Recently used swing tweaks to get some pointers and now I don’t slice the ball. I big egod myself to a 102 last Tuesday, played 2 days later using your system…. Leaving the ego in the bad, playing misses, clubbing down to make sure my ball stays up, being aggressive only when needed, toe down chips and bump and runs lead to 8 one putts… 8. Shot and 84 with one lost ball (second stoke of the day). I knew I had this game in me! I can’t wait to see the scores go even lower

Just played this last weekend and shot 84. It was my first round in about 2 months so I was pretty happy. I had good course management and really good chipping because I brought my TOES (Think On Every Shot) and golf sidekick in every shot. If I putted a little better I could’ve definitely broke 80 👍

On my garmin I'm a 25 handicapper , my last 5 round I have it the 90s with a 88 in there aswell, definitely because of this legend I play far less idiot shots, I still duff the odd one here and there and the odd 3 putt, but I'm so enjoying my golf, especially after a fitting aswell as my new clubs are now 2up for me.

The duffs become more rare as the quest for maximum distance is removed. Hitting an easy shot to a predetermined location while setting up the next shot is less stressful, more fun, creates better results with less errors. Money.

damn I've never even really thought about what shots will create a buried ball or not. Lower clubs would make that happen less so you'll prolly get a better lie in the sand IF you do go in it. Interesting. Always finding gems of knowledge even if it seems common sense.

Well I used this technic, 3 rounds in a row. First two I fell into the hero trap; 85-86. Third round one hero mistake, focused on playing to my confidentiality spots😏, allowed for recovery on Miss hits, I shot a 77 on a par 71!

Would be fun if the 2 handicap you played against the 18 handicap (or lefty maybe) you in a matchplay. Going through the game plan for both versions when getting/giving shots and when not. Lots of matchplay matches played over Summer with some bad decisions being made.

Not sure if there was someting I missed, but did you substiute a black ball on the greens sometimes? From what I saw you hit a white ball of the tees and from off the greens, but some times you seemed to be putting a black ball. Just found that strange.

I play a mini driver and it is a great club from the fairway when you want max distance and if the lie is good. Not quite as easy as a fairway wood but far far easier than playing driver off the deck.
