I was doing 14-10 and I was all over the place, so I'm going from 14-10 to 16-8 and push myself to actually do it!

I have some issues with point 3&4. IE restricts eating window and MAY help restrict food intake; however, that was not really the purpose. The purpose of fasting is to keep insulin low so you can burn stored fat for energy. This actually links to point number 1, if you eat enough good fat, you will feel satiated and won’t overeat, even without calories counting. Also point 4, using calories during work out is good, but not the main point. Main point is to build muscle, because muscle use 3 times more energy, so there more muscles you have, the higher your body metabolism is.

I am doing 22:2 more like 23:1 for 17 days now since I get full pretty quick and I have lost 4kg so far but I have plateaued now and all I’m eating is cabbage and some meat drinking 2-3 litres of water and black tea or coffee, cut out carbs so no bread, potatoes etc but still….so I don’t get it. Will start running 2 hours today and see what happens.

Have you broken your plateau? I have been doing hard intermittent fasting, like 22/23, but after losing 10 kg, I hit a plateau. It’s been a year, and nothing seems to work for me.
