My business plan was origninally for a full food service trailer but the hood is really expensive now esp. to be installed on my vintage trailer. Re-writing as a coffee/lemonade/ice cream trailer. Do you by chance do consultations as well? Would love to pick your brain directly and or get access to specific pdfs/ diagrams/ plans

what type of wood did you use (acacia wood?) Where did you get it? and since it was one piece, what sizes does it come in? Thank you in advance for your help in answering these questions

The shelf/countertop is acacia from Hone Depot. It comes in 6, 8, or 10 foot pieces if I remember correctly. The window frame is made of pine.

I have watched all your videos, and I just wanted to say that you do great work. I had a question about the serving ledge running out of the trailer, how do you keep water from coming in? Do you use something to seal the bottom between the window and the counter piece sticking out? Thanks, I know I am super late to the video posting.

Thank you! I used a simple rubber window/door sweep on the bottom.

What 8s the measurement of the height of service window

Where did you get a window that fits a 24" height window

Home Depot. They have 24”x24” windows on the shelf.
