Hi Tario, thanks for putting out such great content such as this video. I have a few questions regarding the Crypto Portfolio Tracker that I hope you can clarify. 1. How do we add a SELL function? Ideally, this would be within the Google form and would allow us to keep track of our current holdings BUYs and SELLs. 2. Similarly, how would we add a TRANSFER IN & TRANSFER OUT function to keep track of when we move coins across wallets and document the associated gas fees. 3. Last question, how do we connect to a free API such as CoinMarketCap, the current API you share in this video needs a paid subscription.

Where do you input that and how do you track it properly? I find it quite complex once you start trading frequently to actually not get all your data mixed up. Cheers!

You can create a new google form, or add to the existing form a dropdown menu with options of "BUY" & "SELL", this way you can filter out buy and sell transactions.

You can subtract the transaction fee by only calculating the final amount or creating another field to capture all the transaction fees.

I've been trying to make a slightly more advanced tracker to record the performance of coins when there are other trading pair buys and sells e.g. ETH/BTC but I've found that it's pretty hard. I can't find a single KZbin on it actually, maybe you could consider it for a future video?

You can insert/upload the new position onto the google sheet, doesn't have to go through form.

Hi Tario! Congrats for the awesome spreadsheet! You gave me lots of ideas by linking a form to the sheet! I had a simple question: when I copy your spreadsheet, I automatically copy the form linked to it. It shows up in my google forms list. I tried to make a spreadsheet myself, linked to a form. But when I share it, the person receiving it doesn't get the linked form. Just the spreadsheet. What could I be doing wrong?

Interesting, but spreadsheets are my Achilles Heel, and I'm not too sure that I want all my listings stored on Google... (not that I have anything to hide or distrust Google). Hackers on the other hand, like to safe crack... Aren't most of the trades already stored on the various exchanges?

Bro thank you so much for this tutorial, I took the time (3-4 hrs) and went through step by step and rebuilt from scratch, during the process formulas were working, then I noticed throughout and at the end of the entire process most of the formulas are no longer working all I am getting are #ERROR messages across my spreadsheet and on dashboard also, any insight as to why and how I can resolve this is greatly appreciated?

Hey, were you able to figure out a solution to your problem? I had the same problem. For me the #ERROR occured while I was still making the spreadsheet. The way I "fixed" it was by generating new API key everytime I got the error and pasting it in the spreadsheet. But it is getting annoying because every 2nd "refresh" gives me the error along the whole spreadsheet...But one error that is not going away at all is under the 7D Price. I am not getting the lines. Even through I have tried to rewrite and even copy the formula from Tairo's spreadsheet.

The one problem I seem to be having is data not being pulled back consistently and getting an error message in cells but if it doesn't improve I will look for alternatives.
