These are the best videos, every part of the process explained. Did you just plug the heater into a socket? I have a fused spur that's not in use and considering wiring a socket to it for the heater to plug into.

Thank you, the side frames were installed for the plasterboard to fix to but you can always add framework for shelves at this point if you want to add shelves. 👍🏻

I'm a DIY'er doing this job with the same fire right now. Can you show how you fitted the stop bead around the fire please? I've not use it before. I've just picked up some 3mm stop bead from Wickes and don't know if it sits on the surface of the board or if the hooked bottom bit goes around the edge of the board

Thats because the roofing need to be on the slant so they rain can run off thats why the ceiling don't look straight mate

Why did you plaster the entire drywall? In North America we only plaster the screws and corner beads.
