Master,I'm sreeram from palakkad,I'm weighing about 110 kg,I'm 20 yrs old,I have joined in a Jim just a week before , after basic warm up the master is insisting me to take workouts on whole body involving taking weights,I have lost 2 kg fortunately,I'm following the diet.what am I suppose to do

Barbell behind neck press is fine. But chances of injury is high. So we listed it in concerned exercise. Should perform only under the supervision of a trainer.

Thats not a conventional deadlift. Its a Romanian deadlift. And do deadlift in an olympic bar.

Do some calisthenics with weight training. Also include HIIT..

Master, slim ആയവർക് Body ആകാനുള്ള video ഇടുക plzz.. കാരണം അവരാണ് കൂടുതൽ വിഷമിക്കുന്നത്.. ഒരു 18 age ആയിട്ടും ഒട്ടും weight അല്ലെങ്കിൽ body ഇല്ലാതെ വിഷമിക്കുന്നർ ഒരുപാടാണ്. അവരെ ഒന്ന് സഹായിക്കുക. ഒപ്പം അവർക്കുള്ള food trips കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു തരുക.

Monu das if your doctor has no objection. Then you can start training. When you start try to do stretches and some basic body weight training. And make your muscles familiar to the movements. Then go for weight training.
