if we put weight training for children there is a chance to injure thr growth endplat.. this can lead to limp length varience.. so consider this and go for training with less intencity.. during warm up both static and dynamic stretch can include.. but there are few journals says that this static stretching can lead to contraction.. because of the stretch reflex.. but stretching upper limp always better to go for static and lower limp for dynamic...

thanks for the comment bro. I am extremely sorry for skipping dynamic stretch. Actually all are familiar with dynamic stretch for your joint rom. so we described some specific stretch which is a must after your strength training. mostly all are not familiar with it. we will do a session on both static and dynamic stretch.

is he a certified trainer? after warm up you do not suppose to do static stretching, you should start with dynamic stretching . after the workout only you do static stretch buddy, then cool down
