This was amazing, squats always hurt my knees and I actually felt much more glute activation by doing this!

LOVE THIS!! I'm always afraid of growing my thighs when I'm trying to work the booty. Booty is probs my fave but also love handles and legs! My two biggest problem areas. Also outfit info pleeeease :)

Lower body is ALWAYS a goal. MY nutrition is definitely my biggest Obstacle. ALL your tips and the LSF guides are SUPER helpful❣❣❣THANKS for giving me ALL the guidance on my fitness journey 🙏🙏🙏🥰

Really liked this workout! Lately I've been training my butt with a resistance band and I finally start seeing results so I'd highly recommend people who want to grow their butts to use a resistance band!

Hey Katie! I’ve been following you since the pandemic started and I’ve been working out with you almost everyday since then, and I see so many changes. You say during some of your 5 min videos that we should do a total of 4 reps of those type of exercises, I instead combine more of your programs and summed together they easily pass those 20 minutes that you mention. So, if i’m doing legs and butt today, is it wrong to choose some from your videos and “glue” them all together? Would you recommend that I instead do only one type but repeat it 4 times? I tend to get bored really fast. Many thanks! Xoxo

I got your app! But I wish there was ~some~ availability to workouts for free -- it seems that everything requires a premium account and as a full-time college student, I don't necessarily have the ability to pay for a workout app. Could that maybe be something you consider? Just curious -- I LOVE your videos and tips and on youtube and insta!

Hey! There are free workouts in the LSF app every day :) It's the Daily 10 workouts in the app, you can find them right on the main dashboard. Also, whenever we are in a challenge, the challenge section has a free bonus move of the day as well.

Hi Katie, Can I do this work out everyday... even if I'm sore? (Should I just work through the soreness or take it easy?) Thank you so much for always being so real!!!!!!!!

Hi Amanda! If you are super sore, I would recommend doing a lot of stretching & foam rolling. Try to do this after every workout so that the next day you won't feel so stiff! It helps me out so much. :) You can absolutely take a rest day if you are super sore. Maybe throw in some yoga so you are moving your body!

Hi Jade! I know most people want the warm up in or else they won't do it on their own. Your body will recover way better from warming up those muscles!

I do that hip thrust with like 100 lbs and I’m not even in shape yet. So I think maybe most women and people would need a lot heavier weights???
