dig the Apeman strong shirt!!! vicious I have that strength due to construction lifestyle background as well and climbing crazy trees and buildings more so back in the day now...but the strength is still around!!! appreciate the set.

It’s a full body routine focusing around my asymmetries and postural biases due to the surgery and I don’t really time rest intervals anymore but I keep them no longer then 3 minutes

Question, after you retired from MMA, were you still training martial arts recreationally? Or did you quit MMA training completely to focus 100% on the bodybuilding competition? I find it hard to do any sort of bodybuilding template while I'm training MMA. FYI , I'm not competing.

I focused completely on bodybuilding for those short 6 months then went back into BJJ and boxing regularly

Awesome for you to shout out some legit exercise science guys like Jeff Nippard, Mike Israetel and Eric Helms! No BS pseudo “scientists” like Thomas Delauer, Paul Saladino or Eric Berg. 🤮 Another legit source I’d like to share is Dr. Layne Norton (Biolayne on youtube). He is the gold standard of KZbin nutrition channels and highly underrated.
