@@PhilDaruStrong fully appreciated. As someone who wants to mimic your training, the sets and reps would assist in establishing a form of standardization in the routine. Thank you, Phil. Much love from Minnesota.

I like how you included the "failed" set but then you showed true discipline in your next set. I subscribed to your channel about a month ago and your putting out quality content. Was that sour patch kids you were eating?😅 What does that help with if you don't mind me asking?

Question, after you retired from MMA, were you still training martial arts recreationally? Or did you quit MMA training completely to focus 100% on the bodybuilding competition? I find it hard to do any sort of bodybuilding template while I'm training MMA. FYI , I'm not competing.
@PhilDaruStrong3 жыл бұрын
I focused completely on bodybuilding for those short 6 months then went back into BJJ and boxing regularly

Awesome for you to shout out some legit exercise science guys like Jeff Nippard, Mike Israetel and Eric Helms! No BS pseudo “scientists” like Thomas Delauer, Paul Saladino or Eric Berg. 🤮 Another legit source I’d like to share is Dr. Layne Norton (Biolayne on youtube). He is the gold standard of KZbin nutrition channels and highly underrated.
