most underrated fitness channel on YT! how hasnt phil reached 1M yet?

I find the most useful vids on here are less than 10k views. The more USELESS the more views imo. Like people doing stupid human tricks on tik tok. We're too intelligent.

I think most ppl that look for fitness info on YT are mostly casuals. Your typical weight lifters looking for more an aesthetic approach 🤷♂️

The most intellectual programming I’ve ever seen. Soak this up man! People pay good money for an education that never transfers over into creative and effective programming like this. The punching power production kettlebell video is one of the most effective routines I’ve ever seen to increase power, explosives, and core rotational speed. 💯

As an example watch how McGregor throws the punch and how throws Max, of course Conor is way stronger, but the biggest difference is their technique. Max starts throwing his punches only from the shoulder without hip and body rotation, and McGregor is using all his weight to gain maximum powerful punch

Man i also do these workouts and focus on strengtht, cardio, technique and new techniques every day. It is working to workout 4 hours a day. Had improved alot thanks to your tips Daru, and thats coming for someone in combat sports for 11 years 😉 doing all these fun workouts, but it sucks in my country all the combat gyms has closed until august cause of corona plan 😥 so no sparring other than few mates. Cant wait to bang again haha 😂

Yeah, you CAN increase it, but the gains might be a touch marginal compared to actual god given ability. You could give me steroids, the best personal trainer in the world and a job being paid to do nothing but work on punching power. I'm still not going to be able to hit as hard as Earnie Shavers. BUT, IMO, a key thing is something traditional trainers overlook and that is, HUGE numbers of repetition of the most basic combinations in order to modify the neural pathways.
