I could be wrong, but I don't think the E39 was ever fitted with a V6, it is only the straight 6. Also, this video only covers the straight 6 configuration, not the V8 or M5 cars which are fitted with recirculating ball steering with pitman arms. Google it.

Thank you for your feedback! After mounting of the wheel steering end, please, carry out the alignment camber adjustment. This procedure is necessary to be done after the replacement of this part. If you don't have such a possibility, then before mounting of the old part, mark it , and before mounting of a new one, you will be able to approximately fix by the old part.
