Also as a small note, for my 2015 Evoque model, there was no manual section to put the car in brake maintenance mode, it can be done only via the diagnostic tool and you can see how to enter it and exit from maintenance in the full video( • Range Rover Evoque Rea... )

I have a 2022 Evoque. Are the procedures the same?

The general idea is the same: electronic parking brake on the rear and simple on the front, and with a diagnostic tool with your model in the database(to put it in maintenance mode), you should be able to do it.
