Excellent video. Very informative, entertaining, and great production quality with no gimmicks, distractions, or silly intros. Vids like this are why I have KZbin premium.

Great video! Thanks! A JLC AD gave me the stick version a few months ago, and I found I was very good at creating ballistic missiles. After watching your video this morning, I ordered the Bergeon 7825. It looks so easy and safe. I like changing straps, but don’t often; because it always seems to be a challenge. I appreciate the demonstration and your quality content.

Thank you, Frank! I'm impressed that you managed to change your bracelet with the stick tool only! Hope you'll be happy with the Bergeon. Do you mind sharing its price in the US?

@@watchcraft Good afternoon. I first checked Amazon, and it was $259 with free shipping. Then I checked EBay, where I found it for $149.90 and $4.99 shipping. The vendor on EBay is in France, so shipping will probably take longer; but it’s the same item and new in package. So, I ordered the one on EBay. I agree with your opinion about small scratches on the back of the lug. I never place protective tape , mainly because I’m too lazy; but now I’ll stop feeling guilty about it😃Thanks again for your informative videos!

@@frankkirby7046 Interesting, I thought it would be cheaper over there, but I paid about the same as you. Happy strap swapping :-) and have a good weekend, Frank.
Do you use the springbar tweezers on straps also or just on bracelets? Thanks

Hey man, thanks for the video. What's exactly the issue with that tweezer tool you don't recommend?
@watchcraft3 жыл бұрын
you're welcome. one problem is the shape. it has straight legs so you can't curve it around the bracelet. plus the tips aren't manufactured very precise and dull out easily because it's softer metal.
@AB-rj8we3 жыл бұрын
The problem is not the style or type, but the fact that it was very cheap. The ones from aliexpress, as seen in the vid, have a different shape than the ones from bergeon and don't work.

Any other watch as long as it's newish and has solid end links. This wasn't much help for a 90"s Datejust with 455 hollow end links was it?
