Deborah, this video helped me. my first mug had yellowing. I lowered the setting to medium, still had yellowing. So now mine is on low. Now if I can stop the ghosting. with this new setting. I pull my design as tight as I can. Haven't tried the low setting yet, but hope it helps. I have been using Cricut Infusible Inks only. Waiting for my ink for sublimation.

Not sure if i was using too high of a temp and it would discolor my images its very annoying..not sure if too much heat will do this tho.

Do you use it on low for your 20 oz tumblers? Also, how long do you keep your tumblers in there?

I don’t use the Cricut Mug Press for tumbler’s. I only use it for coffee mugs.
