Never use copper grease in combination with steel and aluminium. The metals will weld together trough the heat.

I did mine last year I’m thinking about doing it again the white stuff could it be possible from coolant? I’m thinking sensor replaced thermostat housing and water pipe ugg ! I might just redo everything now I no it’s all good for sure !?

The oil is because of a faulty valve cover gasket. Also you should have removed the oil from the plug well before installing the new plugs. The white crud is emulsified oil. Get your head gasket tested

My ignition coild are stuck. Like really STUCK. The whole engine block literally moves as i try to unplug the coils

Twist them side to side by a couple mm when unplugged a pull up, you'll hear a massive pop

You got leaking valve cover gasket that's why your plugs are oil wet
