How to charge an Ecoflow Delta 2 or Delta 2 Max extra battery

You ever have problems with the charging cable getting hot? I have two extra batteries connected to my ecoflow and when i charge them, the wire gets pretty hot.

@@lifeisbeautiful3898 I haven't noticed anything out of the norm. Mine gets warm, but not extremely hot. I always charge mine indoors and have a fan blowing at the charger while it's charging.

Can you charge the extra battery by itself?

@@CarterBechtol No. I think there is a hack, but from my own experience, you will need to charge it with the Ecoflow Power Station. In my case, I have the Ecoflow Delta 2.

@@churchillrico3559 Yes. You can use the Ecoflow while it is charging. However, the charge time will vary depending on how much power is being drawn.

I think extra battarey can be charged without power station but with micro inverter or alternate charger or any other stuff which can be connected to the battarey via xt150

@@TrailBoundOffRoad Ecoflow alternate charger is desegned to plug under the car hood and give you 800W of power to charge your station because lighter charger gives only ~7A, I've got this info today)

The unit that I have is an Ecoflow Delta 2 power station. The Delta 2 extra battery cost me under $500 on ebay. It was a great addition to my power station. Basically gave me double the runtime. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
