You know I'm so down I let my CNA expire but I've also done some cleaning for houses and I'm not bragging at all but I really do do a great job and I do settle for less so I'm grateful for this, I'm in my 50s now, I worry no one will want to hire someone older, but I want to get a couple of jobs, they won't regret it when I'm finished. But boy! things have changed a lot!, thank you for this, it's a good thing Im doing a little research, or I would have really charged way too low, I don't want to end up losing more than I make I always seem to do that with my jobs in the past. Got to stop being too kind thank you for this, it will be well worth it when I'm done cleaning ones home

For 3.5 years I was a live-in caregiver for a couple that were both doctors and so their house was 7,000 sqft. Every Monday 2 Maids would come clean the house for 4hrs. They had 3 rooms that didn't get used: a bedroom, the recording studio, formal dining room. So once a quarter, 1 rooms would be cleaned.

isn't charging by the room the same as charging by the job?

A job could be cleaning all the bathrooms or all the baseboards. 👍

Im going to charge by room and by drop clean needed. Easier to do a deep clean and more affordable to clean by the project😊

I charged 170 every 2 weeks for a big 2 story 4 bathrooms and 6 rooms altogether and doesn’t seem to bad only 3 people mostly dusting sweeping mopping and the lady said 170 a month and I said no what do you think about that ? Should I have said maybe 190$ monthly some rooms and bathrooms she said don’t get used

I'm new on this. But I have a friend that told me to charge bathrooms 20. Kitchen 20 and other rooms 10. Let say if it's a 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. kitchen. Living room. Dining room. It will be 100. If they have pets will be 15 extra. Angela do you think it's Good? If I estimate by hour I will be taking longer than I expected in the beginning. I'm bad on estimate by the time

I recommend charging by the hour. A bathroom could be small but very dirty and could take you a lot longer than a larger less dirty bathroom. Good luck!

Hi Angela, i am wondering how do we keep track of our business income, is there an app you use or just by setting up a business bank account and using that for proof of income. we just started our company and have been keeping track of our mileage and any business expense we come across. but now we would like to know how to keep track of the actual income/sales we do to report for tax time in the future. Thank you very much for all the videos you do, they have helped us alot! :)
