Quick question I have a em1 Honda Civic si b16a obd2 with some codes I’m running a p28 with jumper harness I did this trick worked fine I got all my codes this was before I installed my hondata 2 days ago now I have a stationary check engine light that I have not tried the obd2 since I believe hondata has to work with obd1 in order to tune but yeah I opened my hondata got everything got itr base map tweaked a little things and tried to check my codes with hondata but nothing comes up what’s this? And check engine still there I disconnected the battery to refresh but nothing still snake stationary light will go try auto parts for the obd2 reader if nothing what. Could it be?

Hi I have the same problem as you I swapped the d13 to b16a2 turbo I made all the connections but the ceck engine light indicator is always on and I don't understand what it can be. You then have fixed the problem, however, in the ecu hondata S300 does not give me any error

Quick question I have a 99 civic b16A swap p28 ecu and what looks like a obd2 conversion harness from the wiring running through the firewall and into the ecu. It also has a hondata s300 chip. So my question is, is this swap obd2 or obd0?

Mine is a 93 del sol with a jdm 94 gsr swap.. I know it OBD1 but mine has a blue and brown wire, I did what you did jumped with wire and I don't get any blinks from my check engine it just stays on. Any ideas, am I doing something wrong??

Need to verify that the ecu is good. Make sure ecu fuse is not blown and main relay is good as well. Check thermostat housing ground and ground from frame to transmission

@@HunterTuned I'm not sure if that's what it was, I cleaned 🪥 up all the grounds including the thermostat ground was nasty. And I still have a check engine that stayed on but i turned car on and let it idle and it idles fine now and check engine light went off 😁 I turned it off and on couple of times and no more check engine light 🤤 🤷🏽‍♂️ So thanks man really helped me out been trying to figure that out for about a week and half now🙏🏼👊🏼

Not entirely video related, but have you encoutered any mysterious solid CEL:s with s300? Mine for example is a 0 to obd1 conv, so dizzy i got is a td43u and the wiring was all mixxed up with it. I did a bunch of wiring and other updates and changes before firing it up the first time and im having zero issues. Car works perfect, but i got a solid CEL without any error codes. Some say it might be exactly dizzy related, but there really isnt much to mismatch with the dizzy wiring.

HunterTuned I payed alot of attention to all grounds, especially the thermostat one, since its very important. If i remember correct i had some codes before i got to start it the first time, but no solid CEL. ECU came to me from Xenocron, so id like to rule out a bad ecu lol. Anyway im doing both new harnesses, wire tuck and a hks grounding kit, so that should rule out alot of the causes at once. If im still getting it, it has got to be the dizzy..

@@HunterTuned hello Hunter I'm Italian and I follow you a lot if you have a problem like this where you would go as the first test to check that the spy is removed. the ecu does not give errors and the light stays on you talk about the ground of the thermostat, but the thermostat is not a ground that goes with the battery or alone.
