I didn't see power steering fluid there, I have ab 09 passat CR engine and the PS fluid reservoir looks like it is in a very hard to reach place "(

Some Passat B6 don't have power steering fluid at all. The power steering is operated electronically hence there being no reservoir for the fluid.
