Song names can't be trademarked as there too common for instance there are loads of songs with the same name

Well fantasy is another good way to go. Dragons, kingdoms, and fantasy creatures are protected under free press. A honey amber scent could be called "The Dwarven mead and it would be protected even if another one named that exists. Also Chewbacca as a character is protected by copyright. But add some changes and call it "stan". And legally you can use it. A species wether real or fictional in not protected under copyright law. Only specific characters from my understanding.
