The Idle Control Valve (ICV Valve) in a BMW can become stuck open/shut if not cleaned or replaced. See the difference between a clean and dirty ICV valve. In the mean time I also replace my rubber grommet that seems to have been worn out/down.

hi thanks for the vid. i have EML light problem when on speed 60 km/h. when i scan , i got idle speed control valve mechanical fault. i already replace ICV but got same problem at low speed. is there any suggestion for me, thanks in advance

its probably a bad "new part" it happens youll have to get another one sadly or just carefully re-inspect everything and reclean it.

+l_l_lAdidasl_l_l it's funny you say that because it is my wife's daily and she said it feel like the car has more pickup and go... I think those were her words... so yeah probably a little more HP. But I've done other things like MAF sensor clean, replaced that cracked IAC tube, and replaced Air oil separator. I got videos on all those as well

@@AutOdometer I had issues after disengaging gear while ac is working so this fixed it. Its much easyer to start from a complete stop if idle is nice and stable (adjustable)
