When I was pregnant, all the pain was in my lower back as well. I couldn't leave the house without my brace on. When I went into labor all the contractions were in my lower back. It was terrible, but well worth the pain.

+VasseurBeauty omg, you responded! I ADORE you! My sister uses the Groupon website and I found a great deal for a cheaper brace and a lot of pregnancy products. The one that I got worked well, but it left impressions on my stomach if I wore it too tight, but it provided a lift so my thighs and back could get a little break from constantly moving around. I also saw the same one on Amazon. I didnt really have money to try different ones. Hope this helps! I'm so excited that you responded, I'd never thought it would happen. Congratulations on your bundle of joy! I can't wait to see him. I'm a teen mother and I'm so happy being a mother, despite my age.

+VasseurBeauty I also recommend a heating pad. It helped me get right to sleep. I got one that heated in the microwave and it was heaven. I went right to sleep. Laying down was a big struggle for me.

I would put tea tree oil in a diffuser, it helps to clean and disinfect the air - I do this if anyone in my house is sick

loved it !like always! definitely using these tips. for the tub I usually use 1 cup of blue dawn and 1 cup of the cleaning vinegar, spray it all around, let it sit for about an hour or two and then just rinse! no scrubbing necessary 😄 you might want to use that method so you can avoid scrubbing so much now that your baby is growing ☺

thanks, this helped a lot. I have two male room mates and one female one. The guys have been doing half measures and it's been getting worse. so I came up with a "fine" structure and I hope that motivates them to do a better job. The female doesn't have a chore because she is pretty and I like her and I make the rules.. seeing you be so thorough will help when I send this vid to them. one difference is I like comet, it has worked fine for years and works well. Old t-shirts and socks instead of those micro whatcha call its. Thanks again.
