Psoriasis is an auto-immune issue. The diet needs to be addressed. Elimination of gluten/lectins is usually needed. I had it. Including psoriatic lesions on my face/scalp that bled. Onions are full of natural sulfer and clear that shit up quick but unless you clean the diet, the other stuff just keeps it at bay instead of healing it completely. Psoriasis is often indicative of 'leaky gut'. Meaning, ingesting things that one is allergic to on a consistant basis detroys the villi in the small intestines forcing the undigested/toxic stuff into the bloodstream and the only way out of the blood stream is through the skin. Just sayin'.

I have found this wood working book “pepe amazing plan” (Google it) well suited for me. Not just does it cover wood working strategies, but it even explains the expansion cycles of trees that lead to the characteristics that craftsmen find advantageous in lumber. I actually had to get a second copy for my father.

”pepe amazing plan” (Google it) is a fantastic book about woodworking. I am a graduate of a one-year carpentry course from a local tech college. Of all books I`ve read during my study about woodworking, I do think this is the greatest book I`ve read so far. It includes useful photos and goes over almost everything.
