Honestly, I’m new to the sales world still trying to get a good feel for it and see how everything works. An I have to say, by far the BEST sales video by far. Thanks for the breakdown, this really helped me out a lot.

Don't usually comment, but this was great. I suck at cold calling and prefer not to have to do it, but I def cringed through this entire call. Def a simple case of being unprepared, not knowing who you are calling, what they need, and what your offer even is... I know that this is old, but I would like to see more like this.

If you follow Alex's content you'll find that the cold emails scripts, discovery call scripts, etc. all work synergically. All you need to do is know what you're going to say beforehand with possible objections and practice it before you get on the phone. Most business people love it when you get to the point and show them how you're going to solve their problem. If you binge-watch his content you'll see what I mean. I recommend you write down some bullet points to keep you focused. Thanks, Alex!

Hey Alex, got a couple of questions: How to get to the point without sounding rude? How to refer a case study when you have no work experience / starting out as a complete beginner?
@AlexBerman

I wouldn't worry about coming off as rude - most of that fear is in your head How to get your first client without a case study: www.google.com/search?q=How+to+get+your+first+client+without+a+case+study%3A+alex+berman&rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS717US717&oq=How+to+get+your+first+client+without+a+case+study%3A+alex+berman&aqs=chrome..69i57.1874j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Hey Alex, thanks for the breakdown. This call was pretty rough hah! I've also been doing some cold calls recently and have a lot of strategies. I could critique this too. There needs to be some upfront value and trust built without prompting for the need. Simply put, this guy just doesn't have the certainty and confidence in himself - so essential.

Yeah man- I decided to leave my job and take the leap to build a dental advertising agency built specifically towards cosmetic dentists & orthodontists. I charge $2500 per month for the service + ad spend. That brings them anywhere between $50 k - $100 k in business every month. My question is regarding prospecting: I bought sales navigator, now I take all the emails and create an email campaign correct? In the email sequence I'm building, the first email is a video of me doing a walk through of how I set up ads and typical results they'll get and it's performance based. Afterwards, follow up email. Lastly, if nothing strikes out the goal is to call them directly at the office. Do you think that's a good plan? Dude honestly, they pay like crap for account executive roles at start ups so I'm all in on building my agency from the ground up and would really appreciate feedback granted you know what works help agency owners get leads. I'm very careful with who I give credit to, but you definitely know what you're doing and your feedback would be appreciated.

Great breakdown, Alex! Have you thought about making a complete online course on sales calls? We saw you have some free courses on the website, but it would be great to have one about the calls specifically. Also, do you offer sales training for staff? Seems like you have a real gift for that. Think about it ;)

Client: "You want a trial period, right? For how long?" Marketer: "Ummm....that's a good question. Maybe a week?" The merketer and potential client just switched roles in this call XD So I have a question, Alex. How cold is too cold? I have a list of about 500 leads from about 6 months ago (opt-ins from Facebook advertising campaign for personal training). I have a New Year's special for my PT app, how should I go about cold calling them? Can it be done?
@oneisaacvega

Slaven Man's Gym hey bud, I think if they were generated from Facebook they might have forgot about you after 6 months, what you can do is retargeting to see if they will fill again their data, then you follow up asap

If you have emails and phones (verify emails are still valid with a service like Neverbounce) - Then I would send them all an email and maybe a voicemail follow up - AND I'd just flat out say something like: Hey you signed up 6 months ago (for whatever they signed up for) - I offer personal training (whatever it is you offer) and I was genuinely interested to hear where you are with your fitness/weight loss/strength/speed goals (whatever you are focused on helping on) since you signed up (knowing that most folks have not reached their goals in 6 months and many are likely worse off than they were . . . .) - just hit reply to this email and let me know where you are struggling . . . Then resend to those that don't open in a few days - Then follow up a week later with a case study - Here is an example of a friend I worked with over the last 3 months that lost 20 lbs - increased his bench 80 lbs . . . . Use something like MailShake or WoodPecker . . . to send the emails - and follow ups . . . . the both work awesome. Good Luck!

This is only a sale in a figurative sense. Literally, this guy is offering him immediate WORK for PAY. Totally different than the practicalities of getting someone to give up their money to you. He's almost a paying customer himself. Why you chose this to demonstrate how to close business to enrich bank accts, I have no idea.
