Thanks Matt! For me the game changer was the catering diet (2,5k calories every day, ~ 180 gram protein) and 4x workout a week - with that, I feel much better than I used to...

Hi man! thanks for sharing this routine, it's great! I have a question for you about sleep time. I understand you wake up at 5 a.m., so what's your best time to sleep? Do you go to sleep at 9 pm or 10 pm? In that case, do you turn off all devices at 7 pm or 8 pm?
