Good recipe Scotty, did this with a Red Sea bream and in addition to salt and pepper added some Fenugreek seeds, ginger powder, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Absolute killer.

Bream are now starting to move into the lower section on the rivers and Bay ready to spawn along NSW coast a little later as you head north from Sydney, easy to catch we have a clip on how to catch Bream. hi scotty. I caught a bream using your advice ( 26.6 cm ) and cooked it using your recipe even though I baked the fish instead of boiling it.

I think you loose the taste of the fish in the water. Fish doesn’t take long to cook. I always cook it in the sauce the aroma of the spices go inside the fish

Google 'Boiled fish and grits'. It's a Caribbean style of cooking fish. The fish is boiled but the boil water itself highly seasoned.

No your wrong this is a great way with smaller fish like Bream, yes I love them deep fried but this method keeps them nice and juicy and the sauce melts in, give it a try. Regards Scotty & Paul
