Good day ma... I have always feared cooking in bulk because I do not understand how to calculate or double recipes appropriately. Could you please do an episode on how to double seasoning ratios no matter the meal. It is inevitable that I will cook eventually in bulk. This will be the most priceless gold nugget I have ever learnt from you. Your channel is always such a pleasure to watch and learn from. Thank you for your time.

This looks so 😋...I usually use meat I grind my self...stir fry and season it then pour into my moimoi mix. I'm trying to avoid canned foods🙂.

A very easy way I use to wash beans is to have broken by the industrial grinders, the beans wld be dry and u can store in air tight containers. When u want to use it just wash. It really fast.

It's how the moin moin is entering my eyes, I mean the final product o not all the preparations o. You are really amazing, well done Sisi Yemmie, I enjoyed watching the whole process from peeling of the beans( that was therapeutic for me, especially when I saw the finished and well peeled beans) , that was amazing! 👏 I have been craving moin moin lately, I think I will try with the leaves. Thank you for taking your time to prepare this delicious by the eyes , mouth watering and succulent moin moin. 🙌💐✨️

I actually love my moimoin wrapped in leaves bcos it taste different from when wrapped in nylon but it is always a struggle for me. Made moimoin last weekend i was able to do 5 wraps and we have to dump the remaining leaves and continue with nylon to save time. Well, will keep trying like u have said; practice makes perfect. Thanks for sharing.🙏
