How To Cook The Perfect Steak

Who doesn't love a perfectly cooked medium rare steak. Today I've sous vide a delicious steak, cooked to the perfect temperature with a red wine sauce, king oyster mushrooms and fries.
WHY SOUS VIDE?
A sous vide is a handy water heater and circulator you can attach to the side of your pot which cooks your food in a water bath to a specific temperature. That means your steak is guaranteed to be perfect every time and can be cooked any time from 1 to 4 hours without being overcooked. I find it extremely easy as I can set and forget the steak while I make the rest of my dinner.
