@@debbieramadhani9248 I am not aware of any coconut white sugar existing-if it does it would be extremely processed like white sugar and would just stick to using that.

To clarify.... coconut sugar and coconut palm sugar are the same or different? I've seen both but need to be clear on the distinctions. Thanks for the 411!

@@HSR-bk5qb although the names are used interchangeably. Here are the differences - Coconut sugar is Made from the nectar of coconut palm blossoms. It has a soft caramel and butterscotch flavor, and is lighter in color than palm sugar - Coconut palm sugar is Made from the sap of the coconut palm tree. It has a more smoky taste. Hope this helps!

I made a no bake cheesecake recipe that called for coconut sugar and yes it’s slightly brown. The picture shows it white.

Yes that is a common result - it’s unfortunate the picture was deceiving - though I am sure the cheesecake was delicious 😋 maybe as a suggestion next time you could add cocoa if you didn’t like the look of slightly brown and make it a chocolate 🍫 no bake cheesecake?
