I’m actually not an adopter or someone who has been adopted, but these videos help me feel less alone. I have significant difficulty with emotion regulation and am working on getting treatment. Thank you for your videos. We’ve just started the adoption process so these are really informative. Are your sons in therapy? Do social workers ever recommend that for young children? X

They have had many years of an art therapy type format when they were younger. Yes, sometimes it is suggested, but you would likely have to apply for funding.

I can understand your comment. Obviously, we are committed to our sons, so we try to find ways of coping. Not everyone will experience aggressive behaviour
